Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Our quality control team will carefully review each product to verify its condition and eligibility.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.
2. Refund Method
All refunds are issued through the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing time.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if all items from your order are returned.
If the return is not due to Tetebi’s error, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds do not apply to items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
