At Tetebi, we’re dedicated to ensuring every order from tetebi.com reaches you promptly, securely, and with the care you deserve. This policy outlines how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for all purchases made through our online store.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within one business day — Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We work with trusted carriers to ensure your packages arrive safely and on time:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on factors such as distance, weather, or unexpected delays.

Shipping Coverage

Tetebi proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with carrier information, a tracking number, and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Risk of Loss and Title

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier receives your package. Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or missing:

  1. Double-check that your shipping address at checkout was correct.

  2. Ask neighbors or household members if the package was received on your behalf.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for more details.

If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us at support@tetebi.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll help you investigate.

For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, we’ll do everything possible to assist you through the process.

Incorrect Address Policy

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you right away. You may choose to have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply) or request a refund (minus the original shipping cost).

Multiple Shipments

For larger or multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
